A Regional Approach to Workforce Development

One Phone Call Connects You With the Region's Greatest Training ResourcesImage - WpLRC Connects Economic and Workforce Development Communities
Who do you call when you know you need training, but have no idea where to start? Or when you have hundreds of employees, a limited budget, and a niche training need? Who do you turn to if your new team leaders are young Ph. D.s in need of supervisory training, including the basics of HR, or your front line non-English speaking workers must master new technology, skills, safety information or other compliance details?

Regardless of the size of your business or your corporate structure, your first call should be to us, your San Diego & Imperial Counties Workplace Learning Resource Center, WpLRC. We act as your single point of contact for all the community colleges in San Diego and Imperial Counties, specializing in matching your training needs with the talent, expertise, and resources of the workforce development professionals within our community colleges.

History, Clients, and College Service Area

They've been for-credit, not-for-credit, delivered on-site and on-campus. We're here to design training programs that work for you.
